 TECHNICAL ISSUES: FIDE laws of chess and competition procedures are effective.
2.APPLICATION:
i.The tournament open to all players.
ii.Besides that, 15 players from TRNC, 20 players from Abroad and 15 players from Turkey can participate to the tournament as invited players.
